Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled service time. If you cancel within this period, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account. To cancel your booking, contact us at support@wewake.site.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your service within 14 days of booking, provided the service has not yet been delivered. Please contact us for assistance.
